I do apologize that you had to wait 2 weeks to reserve a loaner vehicle. Most of the time we cam put customers in a loaner vehicle in a weeks time.

I agree that replacing filters can be a little pricey especially when both are replaced at the same time.
On that same note... replacing filters are very important to keep fuel economy high & healthy breathing inside the vehicle. This saves you money and keeps you healthy in the long run.
