I keep coming back to hyundai because the customer service over the vehicle. If not for Rae always willing to help get me in and fix my issues I would drive a Ram by now. In my opinion she should do trainings on how to be professionally courteous and she needs a huge raise for putting up with all the bs.

I've been a customer since I purchased my 2017 Tucson and they got me car I wanted and color I wanted. Than I purchased 2021 Santa Fe even though demand on them were very high and inventory very low they still got me model, car and style I wanted. I love our cars. My husband has the Tucson and I have Santa Fe. I was patiently waiting until my car came in 4 month later and Sales person Lu called me with my car.
In the Service Department Samantha (Rae) is exceptional accommodating me on day I need to service my cars. She is very knowledgeable and tries to minimize waiting time

I've had bad experiences with dealerships, and I've avoided them for many years when needing service. Lakeland Hyundai has changed that. Rae was wonderful to work with - she was quick to respond to my questions and concerns before my appointment, and the gentleman who checked in my car informed me of the recalls that they would fix and was very kind. They informed me of what was recommended for service, and I felt absolutely no pressure at all to do anything I didn't want to. Everyone was great. I've been going to the same auto shop for years for oil changes and service, but I'm going to go to Lakeland Hyundai from now on.

Waited a month for an available appointment to come available. Arrived on time to wait, not seen promptly, waited 2 hours before I had to ask where my car was. The advisor, Rae, had no idea where my car was, since it had just been parked around back and never seen. I was dismissed saying 'our quick lane isn't that quick, and plus it's lunchtime." Took an additional 45 minutes to complete an oil change and tire rotation before finally being able to continue with my day almost 3 hours after I arrived.

Brought my vehicle in for 30k service and remove a nail from a tire. Service was completed within 90 minutes which includes wash and vacuum. One issue, I would prefer if my paperwork reflected the work requested (30k Service) vice Oil Service as there are far more steps required on the recommend 30k Service vice Oil Service.

We spoke with Customer Care Rep, Heidi. We had a few issues with the last service appointment. It had to do with recommended parts and service that were not warranted. We asked questions of the service clerk who seemed to have a serious attitude that particular day. We all have bad days! Heidi was understanding and assisted us with rectifying our problem!

This dealership's service department team should train others when it comes to taking care of the customers. When you take the time to INSPECT WHAT THE CUSTOMER IS GOING TO EXPECT... you eliminate surprises.
