The text capabilities allowed me to stay well informed about the status of my vehicle and accept/decline services without having to step of meetings at work to make a phone call. I really appreciated the easy and convenience I experienced communicating with my service Manager.

Everyone I spoke to was very nice, I was surprised that they did not wash my car when they were done.

The body shop personnel
Answered every call in a Timely manner and make sure that all my questions were answered. They even called insurance company when the insurance company was giving me trouble to speed the process along.

I was happy to be able to take my Hyundai to a dealership that specialize in Hyundai in case I had any other problems in which I did. I think for the amount of damage that was done to my car the time that it took to fix the car was Reasonable. Also the rental car place with not far which made it very convenient.
