Service Visit for oil change and check up
I love MW Ford. We came there because of John Mendonca- an amazing manager there. However on 2 different visits we have brought up concerns on the behavior of the Transmission and the brakes on the front drivers side. to the service team... they squeal and have since we bought the truck. The service folks have given us different explanations on what "MIGHT be the issues on both the Transmission concerns as well as the brakes... I would rather they take it apart and fix the issue. But what do I know :) other than that they are top notch.

It would be nice if the tire pressure was the same on all tires. Not 5 or 6 lbs all over the place , maybe we need a little more training and not trying to sell services that are way below Ford's suggested schedule .

Vehicle Full Service
They did a wonderful job on my vehicle, and I watched them drive it out to the parking lot and leave it. I assumed they were not finished, but after a half hour it hadn't moved so I asked when it would be done I was told not until the mechanic completes the paperwork. I waited a while longer and walked by my car where the paperwork was seen lying in the front seat. I am very disappointed that it took so long to get my vehicle back.

Wife had to go ask if her car was ready after seeing her vehicle sitting in the parking lot for over 15 minutes. Recommend being a little more on top of things when you have a customer waiting on there vehicle.

didnt like that I had to wait 1/2 hour after the service was done
Everything was great, friendly staff,
the only thing that upset me was I saw my car being parked after
the service, but it was 1/2 hour later that they came and got me.
I did not understand why it took so long to get me.

employees not very well trained and don't know their products
service writer was condescending acting like I did not know any more about a vehicle than putting the key in, starting it and driving. He just started saying things that were B.S. to try to justify taking over an hour to do an oil change after waiting more than a week plus to get an appointment ( for an oil change? ) I can't see this dealer making it with this kind of service. The parts department is no better, young guy behind the counter does not know how to do his job and just starts with the B.S. talk making up stuff rather saying he is incompetent. I asked him how to turn side mirror heaters and he said they are on all the time so I said then if they are fogged up they must be defective then he states not necessarily. He told me the standard side mirror would cost $800.00 each ( I went to a ford parts website and found # 17682 right outer mirror, power heated memory folding body color for $315.43 ) not quite $800.00. The management might want to do some training of their employees. I previously had come in to find out what other years the running boards on my truck would fit and the same parts guy said that info was not in the computer, I highly dought that the parts department today can do less the what could be done back in the '70s. It sucks because of employees like yours and not having competition neer by this may be the last Ford I will own.

Wait is forever
Every single time I need an oil change there are no same day appts available. I always have to schedule a week out. And even then I make an appt and it still takes a long time before my car is finished. Everything is always done correctly but not in a timely manner. I dropped my car off 2 hours before the scheduled appt because my day changed and my car still wasn’t ready for 3.5 hours!! Just for an oil change!

There Staff are very polite and there service
There service is good when it comes oil Change checking the brakes and etc. But sometimes it depends on what kind of service they will do for your vehicle. Especially making sure that all caps are on like transmission, oil, coolant, window cleaner.

Great customer service
My husband and I both got our oil changed for his truck and my suv the same day. Tyler, who checked in the cars and checked us out, was so helpful and polite. He made sure to explain the details of our cars and everything we might need fixed in the future.

The only complaint I have is my suv had black grease in multiple spots on the roof. I have cloth material and it is beige so it is very noticeable. By the time I noticed all the spots they service center was closed.

Oil change appointment
When I made the appointment for my wife to bring our pickup in for an oil change I was told it would take about an hour so my wife scheduled the rest of her day accordingly. My wife asked why it took almost 2 hours and was told that you booked a lot of oil changes for the day. I rarely give a 5-star rating to anyone but in this case would have likely given at least a 4-star rating if you hadn't overbooked for the day so our appointment could be completed on time.

recent oil change
I purchased my F-350 2 years ago with approx. 40,000 miles. Could not tell when fuel filters were changed, and so I changed them at about 40,000 miles. When in for oil change 6 months ago at 52,000 miles, service advisor asked if I wished fuel filters changed. He stated they should be changed every 15,000 miles. This did not sound correct, and so I read diesel maintenance manual. It states to replace them every 30,000 miles, unless driving in dusty conditions or heavy towing. Neither of these apply to me. When I was in for oil change at 57,000 miles, service advisor once again asked if I wished fuel filters changed. Once again, I said no as it is not due until 70,000 miles. I stated that if he could show me in writing why I should have them replaced after 17,000 miles I would do so. This written proof was not forthcoming.
As a consumer, I feel Mike White Ford is trying to run up my bill.
As a physician, I do not run up a bill on my patients, to increase my income.
If I am missing the point in this fuel filter replacement issue, please advise!

Oil change was fine, service kind of rude
I always get my oil changes done here and every single time it feels like the guys checking me in for my appointment and doing my paperwork afterwards could not be less interested. They always do the paperwork super fast and don’t hardly acknowledge me beyond the fact that I’m standing right in front of them. At my most recent appointment, the person who called me after my car was done was making friendly conversation with someone else right next to me when I came to pick up the car, but he was short and rude with me. They do good work but their service employees clearly don’t care when a girl walks up to their desk. It’s disappointing.

They did a great job servicing my truck however it appears they forgot to reset my oil life monitor and ran over time by about 20 minutes so I was late to work but it was all good.

Friendly service
Friendly and good service. But the last time I had my vehicle serviced, the tire psi was not correct. The brand of tire I have, the recommended psi is 51. This time when I took the vehicle in for service, I informed the tech the recommended psi for the tires. Again the tires were set at 35 psi.
