The business is no longer owned by Parker.
Mike White Ford is doing a great Job once they terminated all of the Felons in the Parker Ford Sales department. I hope Jerk Parker made Mike White a fair deal, Yes I know Mike White was one of Parkers former employees. The current employees seem much happier and are doing a better job.

Fast and efficient
Check-in and service was quick and efficient, staff was very helpful. I did need to make a return visit to have a couple of things on the invoice explained to me, one of which we then determined needed a follow-up.
A minor problem was the inability of the website to accommodate scheduling service, but a simple telephone call resolved that.

Free Oil Changes
You seem to have a good crew of competent and friendly people and a nice well kept business and buildings, etc.
I do have one complaint about a policy that should be changed.

First: I bought my F-150 one year ago when I was 81 years old. As part of the deal I was given Two Free Oil Changes, (Ie. Advertising). I understand that, but after spending way too long dealing and going through paper work, I was dead tired and couldn't remember all the stuff I was told. Six months later I showed up for my first free oil change and the service person asked If I had brought my Key Tag which I needed to validate my free oil change. He said it was a blue Oval plastic tag, even mentioning that possibly it was on my wife's set of keys, it was, so I put it on my set of keys. He said to be sure to bring it with you next time.
At the age of 82 now, six months might as well be six years, I'm lucky to remember 6 minutes. Today I came in and he asked if I had my key tag and he said that isn't the right one and he showed me a little thin strip of plastic with possibly bar codes on it. It sure wasn't the blue oval the first fellow asked for and I don't ever recall seeing it. I looked like a piece of scrap plastic.

As far as I am concerned this is a terrible program, It embarrasses both your older customers and your service people. With modern computer databases your agents should easily be able to look up the customer name and automobile Vin and find any perks that were given for that vehicle.

If you marketing department wants to hand out something it should be at least postcard sized written I large type with large type and at the top marked with what the purpose is: ie; 2 Free Oil Changes. and this should be give to the customer with the suggestion of keeping it with other information, Or stapling it to the vehicle manual.
Personally, I have quite a few keys on my key chain and I don not want or need another hunk of plastic attached.

I did get the free oil change each time, but I hated looking like a dummy,

I bought my vehicle from Tom Addis 15 years ago, and ONLY Ford has ever worked on my vehicle.
When I got home, I noticed on my Vehicle Check Up that the box for Rear Lighting was marked "Required Immediate Attention". The mechanics had my vehicle for two days doing other work, but did not mention this to me. I give FIVE STARS to the Courtesy Van driver, Lujeanne. Wonderful. Good driver.

Had an appt for an oil change and had car in on time. We waited while it was being serviced. We saw car pulled out from service bays and I went to check on picking it up. The service person was busy and said he would come and get me as soon as the paperwork was completed. 30+ minutes later we finally get the car. He was apologetic for the wait but hey hire more help or get the other service person to complete it. Should NOT have to wait 30+ mins once car is done to get it. Service itself was fine.

New tires
I love my new tires, and everyone is always very friendly. It did take a lot longer than I expected it to, but otherwise I’d say it was a good experience, it be great if after the new tires were put on, if the tires and wheels would get cleaned off a little, but that could just be personal preference, I like my wheels and tires to look polished.

A pleasant surprise
You will seldom receive a 5, there is always room for improvement. Having made this statement Mike White Ford is a huge improvement over The shit group of Parker Ford, you must have run off a bunch of the former employees. I know the majority of Sales staff have changed, that is where my problems with Parker Ford began, the two I worked with were not honest.
Would I recommend Mike White Ford, If you continue to treat customers like this past visit, I would. We still have some discussions & negotiating to do between myself and your management team, so my answer is currently No.

They took good care of my vehicle
My car was very happy when it came back from an oil change and tire rotation.

The only thing they lacked on was being punctual as they told me my car would be done at 10 and instead it was done around 10:45. But they still did a great job.

Decent price for oil change
Took my pickup in today for a basic oil change. Price was good at about $37 for a gas 3.5l engine. Only issue was that the 'done' time was guaranteed to be 4:30. They were about 15 minutes late, and almost made me late to work.
