Excellent service for 2015 Escape.
Oil change service,spark plugs, transmission oil change and full injectors service. Vehicle was done when promised. Very happy to have Mike White Ford service all my vehicles.
Only problem is the scheduling was longer then anticipated.

Extreme ownership makes mike white ford great
Tyler Jorgenson was not only incredibly kind and gentle during my service but also wowed me with his speed and quickness to serve me. Sam the technician could probably be recruited for nascar or Baja racing with his ability to work quickly and efficiently. My truck had never performed better since. Thank you!

Tyler in Service Needs to Buy Hearing Aids!!
Repeat customer. Have spent close to $200k in vehicles at Mike White the past 2 years. Ford owner for 35 years.

Brought my 2019 Raptor in for a service and an oil leak coming from the drivers side of the engine. The oil had migrated down to the A-Arm to the running boards and sprayed all over the wheel wells and body. It was also leaking onto the surface of my garage. Before even attempting to listen to my explanation he promptly explained it was probably just “tire shine”. I NEVER use tire shine on my tires. To prove my point, I showed him that the passenger side didn’t display the obvious oil spray. Again, he stated it was just tire shine. Again, I explained I never use it. Called me back an hour later and said the truck was ready (including a full service). I asked about the oil leak and was AGAIN told it was just tire shine. At this point, why bother even explaining how ridiculous he sounded? Told me he could “throw it on the rack and I could look at it”. If I knew how to fix it, I sure as hell wouldn’t have brought it in to be fixed. After being told for the 4th time it was tire shine, I decided to leave and never return to Mike White. Tyler needs to take a class on customer service 101 and how to listen. I don’t have the time to waste coming back again and again. I’ll head to the Valley and give my money to another state before I’ll put up with this BS again.

Routine Maintanence
I drive a lot for work from early spring through late fall and usually see the folks at Mike White about once a month for service. They usually can get me in when I need to be to stay on top of the maintenance for my 2019 F150. They do a great job and keep me on the road. The team at the service drive are always nice and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Only suggestion would be to put some tables / benches outside during the summer to give outside seating while we wait.
