They make service easy
Auffenberg Hyundai makes getting service work easy with appointment scheduling and a free loaner vehicle. I make an appointment, take my Hyundai in for service, leave in a loaner, and wait for phone call that my car is ready. I don't have to build my day around my car being in the shop. Thanks for such convenient service.

Auto Butler and Recall Service
I get Auto Butler done on my vehicle every six months and feel like I'm driving a new car every time I pick it up. The service people make you feel welcome and scheduling service is the easiest ever. I am sorry you feel as thou the service experience was not good, We did spend a hour and half looking over the vehicle for a noise, unfortunately it did not make the noise long enough to find where its coming from, due to it raining and intermittent concern.
Trust me we do all we can to help our customer and find these concerns, The factory warranty for Squeaks/Rattles and adjustments are for the first 12 month or 12,000 miles and I believe this is what Josh was trying to advise you on.
