Made an appointment online which was easy. It was quickly confirmed with a responding email message. Dropped off vehicle first thing in the morning and was greeted and quickly had everything set up in their system and set to go. Recieved a call on the diagnosis (needed pads, but was unsure of rotor condition), and labor/parts pricing breakdown. Also had an oil and filter change completed. Follow up call when the work was complete and the vehicle was ready for pickup. Overall, communication was clear and friendly. I will be back with our other vehicle and future service in hopes I can count on their affordability, reliability, and honesty.
