Very pleasant
I took my car in for an oil change. I’ve owned my car for 8.5 years and have a service package. Each time I take it in, it has been an easy process. Jillian has been my service advisor for my most recent services. She is so patient and pleasant to deal with. This visit, I received a video sent to me by my technician that covered my complete inspection of my car. I expected the video to tell me I needed additional work. It did not. I really appreciated the video just to show me what they covered and did. Pleasantly surprised. Hope I get a video like that every time in the future.
