"Friendly staff and clean and open space to work while I wait."
Everyone is always friendly and the free wifi and clean waiting room make it nice to do some work while I wait for the service to be completed.

"Normally never review"
Was asked politely to revise my review. I do suppose 1 star was too low and give 3 stars is probably more correct.

I gave a low star because my tire treads are going the wrong way. Even after tires rotated. I would assume if they did not check something like this maybe more things could be overlooked.

This is my primary car for driving my family around so its very important that its in good condition and regardless what condition it was I would hope the person servicing my car would correct it. Especially after 2 hours.

"Tires put on wrong sides of the car"
When you pay more money on labor then,the actual parts you would assume they would put the tires on the right sides. Instead the tire tread direction was backwards as specified on the tires

"Satisfaction Means Everything "
I had to bring my car back for a defect with passenger back door handle which prevented me from opening the door when outside the car. I brought it to Hertrich where we brought the car and they took great care of us. They resolved the issue and gave me a rental for the inconvenience since they had to order the part. Due to the attention received by them and the stellar work they performed I would recommend them to friends and family. I expect they will continue to service our cars with the care, expertise and professionalism they exhibited on my last visit. In a nutshell we are pleasantly satisfied with the service.
