Hyundai customer loyalty AMAZING!!!
2011 Sonata 2.0T threw piston rod through block at 175k miles. It's always been a great car but I've heard Hyundai had some engine problems with both the 2.3 and 2.0T in some of the models around that year. Had car towed to dealer and by the next morning they told me to pick up a rental car, at their expense, and that they were ordering a new engine from Hyundai at NO CHARGE to me. I've told all my friends about my experience with Hyundai and one friend said, it makes you want to buy a Hyundai. Couldn't agree with him more. Also wanted to note that James at the Cool Springs Service Desk was very professional and helpful. Again, what incredible customer loyalty by Hyundai!!!
