Past Problem ( engine check light)
No one had explained why my engine check light was blinking. I was just told stop driving it. The next day I had a tow truck deliver the car. For about four days they had my vehicle. Monday I called and my car was ready. Mr O’Leary called me and I returned his phone call. He asked me why so negative my comment in the survey. I told him no one told me to pick up my car or what was wrong. Mr O’Leary explained what was wrong. I am very happy with there service and conversation I had with Mr O’Leary. The vehicle runs excellent. Thank you Mr O’Leary.

Great customer service
This location always goes above and beyond with their customer service and their work is always performed in a timely manner. I never worry about being stuck here for half a day because they are always on point and they communicate timing and procedures along the way. I will definitely miss this level of service when I leave Tennessee. Keep up the great work!

Great Service Dept
Immediately upon walking into the service dept, the customer is made to feel like family. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Chris Knab in particular was exceptional in the care he took of me and my vehicle. He asked questions and listens to my answers and any concerns I had regarding the maintenance on my vehicle. Chris is as asset to Hyundai and would recommend him and this service dept if you want your vehicle maintained competently.
