Almost blew up my car
I went in for an oil change, and they forgot to put the drain cap back on. Almost blew out my engine trying to make it home the next day. Thankfully I waited four hours for a tow truck to come get me, otherwise I might not have a car at all right now.

Person who assisted me was nice, but service on my vehicle makes me feel like other things were tampered with to ensure a quicker return for maintenance. Service manager is not trustworthy and makes me feel uneasy.

Great customer care!
I am very happy with the customer care I received earlier this week! I was in need to get a nail out of my tire/getting it patched before being able to drive to work on Monday AM. The team at Hyundai Cool Springs worked me in quickly to make it happen! They were very professional and accommodating and I am extremely grateful for their help!!! :-)
