Smoke from under hood & vehicle dripping fluid
After picking up my vehicle on Thursday for an oil change, I noticed white smoke coming out from under the hood when I got to the first light at Old Seward Highway & E. Dimond Blvd., which I found disconcerting. When I got home, I parked the car in reverse, then walked to the mailbox. With the front of the vehicle facing the street, it made it easy to notice a long wet patch had developed under the vehicle and had quickly spanned 2-3 feet beyond the vehicle. I took a picture and video of it. I opened the hood, looked around, and noticed the coolant vessel had no cap on it. I took a picture. The cap, which has a long hose attached to it, was off to the side. I reattached the cap to the coolant vessel and figured that must have been the culprit of the white smoke and the leaking liquid under the vehicle. I have had no issues since reattaching the coolant cap.
