03 jeep liberty going strong
What can I say that I haven't said before? This place is great! They take care of their customers in a FAST friendly atmosphere. They don't feed you a line of crap. I feel overall their prices for routine maintenance AND other work is more than reasonable. Plus they always give me my options and don't use scare tactics to get my business.

Going downhill
Have been taking my vehicles here since they opened. Service has always been done in a timely manner. Last time i went here they got my vehicle done sooner then expected. Everything was great except for the fact that i had to bring it back 3 days later due to them hot fixing everything that needed to be fixed. Going downhill with how they actually work on vehicles since they first opened. I will nor be comming back.

Thoroughness of service.
I brought a vehicle in for an oil change. I asked that they look at an issue with the transmission. When finish they came up with some other things that they found in there normal inspections and gave some recommendations for things that should be done. No pressure to do anything. And the whole service cost just over $20.

It seems to me the price of Labor is way to high there
car starts well and runs well and that is why I took it in. I priced a starter and the other part and they were $69 and $149 on line. Air works and heat too. Work appears to be good, seems like the price of labor is way too high!

I am really sorry that you felt our labor cost was too high for your vehicle repair. The labor that is charged is determined by how long the repair will take a technician to do the job. We follow the same process as other garages and I would hope that you were asked to approve the cost of the job before they repaired your car. Unfortunetly, car repairs can be costly! Tim said he cannot recommend this business. They lied to him from beginning to end. His vehicle sat for 1.25 hours without being looked at. They don't know what they're doing. The new staff is totally incompetent.

The staff that you spoke to are not new. They have both been with us for quite awhile. You brought your vehicle in because you had no lights on on your cluster. The technician did do an inspection on your vehicle. He found no problem with your fuse box but needed additional time to see if you had power going to your cluster. He researched the computer database for wiring diagrams for your cluster, and also printed a diagram out for you to explain why it would take some extra time. You were not charged for any of these services. You very very rude, sreaming at the two employees, when all they were doing is trying to help you.
