Unfortunately my experience with this vehicle has not met the expectations I know Hyundai is capable of. They need to take more responsibility for the poor quality of some of the components on the vehicle

It's Fine

Driving the Elantra off the lot there were several issues that you only really see once you've owned it. There's a soft spot on the driver's side floor where it audibly gives, the backup camera flickers sometimes, and other times cuts out entirely. The windshield wipers that come with the car are pretty bad. There's a weird bar in the center between the front seats for no reason. The front passenger floor mat doesn't have a hook to mount to so it slides all over and never sits flush to the floor.

Fun car

I hate that the GPS system is older than the car. Idk what happened but it's not updated and constantly takes me to stuff that's been closed for more than 5 years. Absolutely annoying for how much I paid for the car. Good gas mileage and it's very cute however my back top break light has already gone out so I don't love that.

Great Vlue

I had a fully loaded 2015 sonata that I traded in. I was looking for a smaller sedan and the Elantra fits the bill perfectly. I wasn't looking for a Hybrid, but the 50+ MPG is great !! This model has all of the Leaded features that my Sonata had with great Milage.

Good and Bad

Nice comfortable car that gets decent mileage but not what was advertised. Have had multiple sensor issues. Low to ground and cheap plastic protecting undercarriage and front doesn't hold up very well.

Very techy but lacks a little in practicality

Love the tech, sound system, wish it would connect to android auto without USB. Safety is unmatched. Mileage is extraordinary! Cup holders in doors are unusable, way too small. Extra plastic barrier handle like piece on center console near passenger side not practical and takes up space. No AC/heater vents for rear passengers. Exterior Paint is very easily dinged and chips very easily.

Super vehicle

The Elantra Hybrid, imho, is actually a 5-star rating, with the (huge, again imho) ridiculous use of the silliest key fob found anywhere: it's twice the size of any other fob, while AT THE SAME TIME it requires the emergency key to be carried extra (instead of holding it inside the fob). One must ignore the fact that it looks like Goofy's Easter egg, but for someone who doesn't use a purse (i.e., a guy), it's a bit of a hassle.
