Hyundai Kona Feels Like Driving a Luxury Vehicle

Best car I’ve ever owned.

The car looks great. Performs great. Has one of the best turbo engines in its class. Very good leg room. Only thing it lacks is storage space in the back. Not a lot of room. But otherwise a great car!

Small SUV with BIG benefits

I love my new kona it's economic while being sporty. It's smaller while still having plenty of room. it's stylish and smart. It has lots of improvements to pretty much everything and gadgets I actually need use and wanted funny thing is I didn't even have to ask it was standard.

LOVE IT

I truly love my new Kona. It's so much fun to drive and you feel so comfortable in the seats. There is also plenty of head room for taller folks. I love the style, it's so nice to look at. I also enjoy the fact that this little SUV and get up and good, when you need it too. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. My Kona does everything but dance with me and put my groceries in the house. This vehicle actually makes me smile.

fun to drive

good looking small SUV, fun to drive. the 1.6 Turbo engine have more than enough power, much better than the 2.0 engine, good MPG, great value, like the look of this small SUV, very little overhang on both front and back, which is what I like, love the way it looks from the side, the front is OK only, the back is also very nice looking

I love my Kona

Purchased the Kona knight 1.6L , I love it! It’s a small sporty SUV , perfect for young adults and someone looking to have a good car that drives on Highways constantly.The gas tank fills up with $25-30, and you get 400 miles. The safety features are great! Seats are comfortable and overall driving experience is smooth. The interior has nice details and good build quality.

So Many Features for a Great Value!

Initially coming from a 2017 Ford Fiesta, I desired a car that a bit roomier with better safety features. When I did my research, the Hyundai Kona was consistently ranked highly among subcompact SUVs in regards to safety features and so on. In March 2021, I went to the dealership and fell in love with the Kona, so I purchased the 2021 Hyundai Kona — absolutely love it! I love all the safety features, such as Lane Keeping Assist, and the entertainment features, great value for a wonderful car!!

Great little car

The Gas mileage is WAY better than what they post...we average over 35 (city and hwy). The acceleration and fun of this car is amazing...my 19 year old son LOVES to drive this! My only complaint is size BUT it's a CUV...COMPACT utility vehicle. I'm 6'2, my son is 6'7" and my other son is 6'3. We can EASILY and very comfortably fit in the front seats, BUT then there is absolutely no room in the back. I can sit MOSTLY comfortable in front and slide forward enough for someone to sit behing me...but two people of 6' PLUS will make it difficult on a long ride for the passengers in back. Also...it's a LITTLE loud at 75+ on the interstate. Otherwise quiet as a mouse. LOVE THIS CAR!!!

Great choice

We needed a small suv with some pep to it for driving in town. The Kona Ultimate fulfilled all the requirements for speed and style and came with a host of extras that enhanced the safety aspects. Although it looks small it is surprisingly roomy and comfortable inside and this turbo version is fun to drive. The ride is a bit on the firm side, especially over bumps, but not overly so. The heads up display that comes with this trim is a real plus and I use it all the time. The instrument panel is telling me I am averaging about 30 mpg, but then I am trying not to use the Sport mode too much. Difficult! My wife and I are what you might call 'elderly' and a bit creaky in the joints, but we can get in and out the Kona quite easily. So far this has been a great choice of vehicle for us.

Such a fun vehicle to drive!

I love the Kona for its safety ratings, design and the incredible value you get for the price. I purchased the Limited model and I love everything about it; the sleek leather interior, powerful turbo, nice sound system, backup camera, the comfort of all the adjustments available and heated seats, the trunk just at the right height to load groceries and many other details. I love everything about my new vehicle.

Good car!

The car has a pleasing design and seems to be of good quality. I don't understand though what the real benefit of an "Atkinson" cycle engine is since the gas mileage (30 mpg combined) and horsepower (147) numbers are not all that great for a 2 liter engine in a 2900 lb. car.

Looks little but it's a beast

I've had my Kona since early January and have enjoyed it immensely. It handles well on ice and snow. It has incredibly good fuel efficiency. It's very comfortable to drive and looks good. It's a great car.

Best value for your money

Quality is the key feature for the car. Just look at it you can tell. This car is my retirement car. The warranty on the vehicle is the top. Safety features such as the lane changes warnings, alert you if a car or something is in back when you back out your parking spot. I look at similar vehicle. On most of them their base price is same as the loaded kona.

The Kona has exceeded my expectations. I previously owned an Accent and traded it in on the Kona. I have not been disappointed. This is my fourth Hyundai. I will continue to buy from Hyundai. They make quality vehicles and the fit and finish is second to none. Keep up the great work, Hyundai.

absolutely Love this car

love this car it’s perfect it’s the right size and comfort for me & very economical for my needs . customer service was very good from A-Z very accommodating & efficient with my whole experience.
