Excellent small SUV for single person!

This is an excellent small awd vehicle for a single person with a very small dog, but with the flexibility to shuttle friends around for weekend adventures. Performed beautifully in Alaska's winter, even without snow tires, and climbs Turnagain Pass like a goat. Excellent gas mileage, both for jetting around town and for longer road trips. Even worked for car camping for festival season, though I couldn't sit up all the way with the back seats down in bed-mode --noting that I am only 5 feet tall, haha! Similarly, I once gave a 6'5" friend a ride and he had to put the front passenger seat all the way back to fit, and his head almost hit the ceiling. I also feel like this car should come standard with a rail rack, given the small amount of cargo room.

Great little car!

My 2023 Kona SEL is great! I bought new and I've had it for just over two years. The size is big enough for my needs and small enough to park just about anywhere. This car is equipped with SO many safety features. The 2 liter engine is perfect for getting on the expressway during rush hour traffic. I get fantastic gas mileage. It is my first Hyundai and probably not my last.

Like most everything except auto start/stop or steering, do not use.

For safety, wish ALL doors did NOT open when it unlocks. Should just be drivers door.
