Service department says it’s a BlueLink issue and BlueLink says it is not a BlueLink issue. This issue started 3 months after Kona purchase. No one wants to take responsibility.

Benefits and safety beyond its value

Amazing car. Safety driving features are beyond its pricetag. The volume of storage and hauling is exceptional for its size I wish it came as a hybrid and the rear differential issue that took months to fix was a bummer but Hyundai lived up to its reputation and fixed it for me. I lived the personalized treatment during the multistep process.

I've had this car over a year I do like the drivetrain the 1.6 turbo is nice Some of the interior components are too hard like the seats in the console lid

2024 Kona Review

A great value for the money. Too bad the owner's manual is not available in print. Searching for info online in an emergency is not convenient. After only 18 months, my battery failed and Hyundai replaced it at no cost to me. Overall a well designed, easy-to-drive car.

Konami 2024

Wish I had really taken the time to look car over before buying it. I love the look of the car, but feel like like it was a model car. It doesn't have some of the things my 2022 Kona had, like the seat warmers, USB connection, finding radio stations is horrible. I definitely would not have bought the car if I had known it didn't have seat warmers.

No major problems so far.

No major problems with the car so far with the exception of the dead battery syndrome when the car was newer. Dealer diagnosed the problem and repaired it. No other problems but the navigation being wildly inaccurate.
