Love my Kona

Got a great value purchasing this vehicle and have been pleased and blessed through slippery snow and water covered roads. I especially like the flexibility of the center tray for large or small drinks!

Economically Unfriendly

If you have a long commute to and from work I don’t recommend buying this vehicle. The material for the cloth seats were easily stained. The dealership I purchased the car from they never cashed the funds for the vehicle. They called me 6 months later asking me to get another check and they could not explained what happened. I just returned the vehicle back in July of last year after the sketchy transaction. I will definitely went back to Toyota. My experience was not that great so I would recommend avoiding the dealership I went to and choosing a different care model. Even after I returned the vehicle they still have me attached to the BlueLink as if I still own the vehicle, even after they sold the vehicle to someone else.

Warnings and Instruction manual

Some warnings are miss leading. I didn't fully shut my door, instead of saying "door is open", it told me to "stop the car". The other issue is the instruction manual. I wish it would be only for my car. I never got the window sticker, so I was not fully aware of all the features I added to my car and the instruction manual did not help. For example, "hands free trunk opening". Either I don't have it or it isn't working. I still have questions on using the map on my apple via the media monitor. If I enter the the destination on my phone, have apple play, why does it make me add the destination on the media monitor?
