Love the car and the features. We got the

We purchase the Palisade Calligraphy which is the high end version of the Palisade. We love all the features and believe it is a great value for the money. However, the fact that it did not have wireless Android auto was almost a deal breaker. If the car would have been for me it would have been a deal breaker but it was for my wife. Not having wireless Android Auto on the highest end car that you manufacturer in 2024 is ridiculous and embarrassing. Every time I have to plug my phone into a cord to use Android Auto I get pissed. My car is a 2019 and I have wireless Android Auto. The other missing feature is the button close of the Back Liftgate without the option to close and lock is equally ridiculous at this level of a car. I almost want to trade my Palisade in for a 2026 model just to get that feature. But I don't want to pay for a brand new car that when I drive off the lot I loose immediately 25% of the value. I really feel that this mistake for me warrants actually less than 4 stars, but to be fair because I like everything else I am giving it four stars. One more thing, no massage on the passenger seat. Another miss.

I love everything my car. Unfortunately, I have a recall on the 3rd row backseat less than a year of having it and every time I call to schedule it to be fixed I get told that the parts are not in. So I can't fully enjoy it like I wish too.

So far - love this vehicle!

This is so far the best new vehicle experience I've had. The features are great but I still need to figure some out. It's comfortable, haven't had any issues as of yet, the service department at Germain is awesome and friendly so far.

Lock system is bad

Vehicle door should unlock upon park. If its set to park then they dont unlock upon power off. Most stupid lock ststem ever. Plus no option for middle bench is worst

Can't beat the value and performance

Overall, the vehicle is an excellent value. I compared may comparable SUVs when I bought mine and none provided the features I wanted at this price point The Kia Telluride was the only one that was close, and it didn't include some of the higher-end features like the massage seats. I have a few minor complaints, but no car is perfect and none provide the features per dollar of the Palisade.
