Very dissapointed

Due to a suspected failed tire rotation at the dealership , my wheel fell off which could’ve killed my family. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen. Blocked me in my running car with my own damaged vehicle so I could not drive away. . Very disappointed in the treatment when all I did was try to drive my kids home from camp and nearly lost our lives ( rear wheel was about to fall off as the collision place found 2 lug nuts missing too). I hope they improve their customer service soon.

Solid Family Hauler

Mostly painless ownership. Gas mileage less than expected. Not a "fun to drive" car, but a very comfortable large-family car. Fantastic for longer trips, fine in the city. The weird cavern for beverages, wireless charging, and using your phone to start the car was poorly designed. Usable but unnecessarily hard to clean and just awkward. Love that the AC systems and seat heating/cooling systems all use physical buttons rather than needing to menu through some built-in touchscreen OS.

Disappointed in the durability of the paint

This car has many great features and is comfortable. But I have 10K miles on it and the entire front grill has huge paint chips all over it from highway driving. It’s ridiculous.

Lots of bells and whistles

So far it's been a reliable SUV with a third row which I needed for kids. Gas mileage is around 23 mpg which, for six cylinders and a car this size is pretty good. It has a lot of bells and whistles for the money. My one complaint is that the black paint on the grill is chipping and peeling.

Could Have Been Excellant

Great ride, roomy, good aceleration, lots of extra luxury features. But Hyundai cheaped out on front grill, trim & bumper paint job on night edition. Appears to be silver plastic painted over with black paint. Flakes off & chips too easily.

Almost perfect just needs a couple tweaks

My 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy edition is an amazing car with all the bells and whistles. Some you need and some not as much. I absolutely love the projection view of the dash so you don’t have to look down for anything. My problem is remembering it’s there. Sometimes there are too many “notifications” and if you are driving in an unfamiliar area, possibly in bad weather sometimes it can be confusing. I love the hot/cool seats and the massage option. I wish the massage was a little more powerful but it is still a great feature during long drives. I wish the home screen console could be personalized. I would love to “decorate” for special occasions and holidays. I also wish I could have had a programmable passenger seat so my son and husband could save their own settings to save on some arguments. I also really wish that you can start the car, lock it, and walk away. Yes I can start it on my app or remote key fob but sometimes I leave the car to pick up errands and my son prefers to stay in the vehicle. But if I lock it and he moves it sets off the alarm. And let me let it run longer when remote starting. Those cold mornings the snow/frost barely gets touched by the defroster before the car shuts off.
