Multiple recalls

Was requested to bring car in for recalls, when arrived there is no fix! Parts had to be ordered and it has been months or there is still no fix to recall. Why have your customer come in for a recall just to order parts... that is ignorance at its best.

Brand New SUV, Major Problems Already

I purchased my 2025 Hyundai Palisade brand new, expecting reliability and safety for my family, but this has been one of the most disappointing vehicle experiences I’ve ever had. Before even reaching significant mileage, the transmission had to be completely replaced. On top of that, the vehicle already needs brakes, which is concerning for such a new SUV. There have also been multiple recalls involving important safety and performance issues, including seatbelt recalls, emissions-related recalls, and other defects. For a vehicle at this price point, I expected much better quality control and dependability from Hyundai. Spending this much money on a brand-new SUV should not come with major transmission failure and repeated recall notices this early into ownership. The dealership experience has been frustrating because instead of enjoying a new vehicle, I’ve spent time dealing with repairs, service visits, and concerns about long-term reliability. I would strongly encourage potential buyers to thoroughly research the current issues and recalls before purchasing a 2025 Palisade.

Lovely but recalls make it iffy

after owning the car a year I have received about two recall notifications. The car itself drives nice, has lots of space, beneficial tech features and it’s easy to navigate it all. Unfortunately getting two recalls at least within one year has made me second guess the quality and the build of the vehicle. Another personal downside is the location of where the usb port is for the CarPlay, where it is at makes it difficult to use the cup holder space and the touchless charging pad.

Two time owner

This is my second Palisade vehicle I have owned. To be honest, I like them, but I don’t love them. The Palisade is a feature rich SUV that suits my family (6 people) very well. The kids like the chargers everywhere and the ride is great for all passengers. I am not sure if I would purchase another.

Quality not as good as previous palisades

Our front grill has paint chipping off (more than normal wear and tear). Our door handles have paint coming off. Both at 1 year of use.

Shift lever missing

I really love my Palisade… the only thing that is missing is the shift lever. I don’t like selecting gear by pushing a button. Overall, the SUV is fantastic, super comfortable and reliable. I really enjoy the inner space and the third row is the most confortable on the cathegory.

Best midsize SUV

The SUV is reliable and easy driving especially when the weather was bad. Once I drove on I-95 South in a raining night, there were many trailers on the road. The Palisade made it easy for me to drive among them. It's amazing.

Very comfortable and quiet ride. Happy with my Palisade purchase.

I'm enjoying driving my 2025 Hyundai Palisade. The vehicle feels solid and has good road manners. I'm a first time Hyundai owner; the previous 25 years I've been driving Honda vehicles. So far, I'm impressed with the build quality and road manners of the Palisade. My only wish is that the Palisade had a cd player which is all but impossible to find on new cars.
