Great big car with strong AC

It’s huge suv with extremely comfortable seats. Very strong AC much better that my other cars. One thing that is not giving this car 5 starts is responsiveness. Then car are in traffic light it need too long to respond when I press gas. It’s drive great except when I need to drive faster quickly. Second downside is extreme gas consumption. I will check in cooler days is this change when I do not use so much AC.

Overall satisfied but have one primary complaint

The car is a technological marvel. Lots of features and conveniences. Comfortable ride, quiet, refined. My primary concern is that of acceleration. The programming for the shift pattern and shifting points using speed, throttle position, etc is not correct. It has a very sluggish acceleration and even at times seems to bog down when applying light accelerator between 10-30mph. I have to put it in Sport mode in order to get the shift pattern to provide the acceleration expected and even then you have to feather the accelerator pedal in order to get it to comply.

Love it

The Palisade is very comfortable and handles nicely. Although I do have to pay attention because it is so quiet and smooth riding, you don't realize how fast you are going. I absolutely recommend the Palisade.

Slightly disappointed

I’ve been waiting 6 years to get a Palisade. I had high expectations. Overall I like the car, but I am disappointed in its quality. Things started breaking and not working within the first two weeks. The leather on the side of a seat ripped at 3 weeks in for no apparent reason! And there’s something wrong in the front of the car where one thing that is supposed to open while driving and close when parked is stuck open. And the gas mileage is FAR below the advertised MPG. But, it has a lot of nice features and feels luxurious.

It sucks

The car sucks. Why does the dashboard lite up randomly won’t shift from park of reverse randomly. Had it checked they can’t find out why. Happened again today. It only has three thousand miles. Biggest regret

Annoying features on 2026 Palisade

Door locks are constant reminder of poor, inefficient design. New design to attach rear cargo net very annoying and more difficult than previous models. Engine is less economical and less powerful than previous Pallisades we owned. Transmission is constantly shifting even at slightest pressure on accelerator, probably due to lack of engine torque or design by engineers. Driver information system is different and more difficult to locate features to set to our preferences. Not really very happy with our purchase and cannot really recommend this vehicle as we did on our previous Palisades.

This vehicle is AWESOME

Talk about content vs. price - the Palisade wins by a lot over Explorer, Traverse, and every other 7 seat hauler. Driving is a wonderful experience - both with the automation and without.
