Highly disappointed
I was so excited and happy when I drove my brand new beautiful black 2026 Palisade from the dealership. But after 4,624 miles I started having some serious issues with the transmission. Thank God I was able to make it home safely. I called the service help line before leaving the store parking lot, and they were very helpful and I got to say they gave me excellent customer care. They told me to take the car in to the Hyundai service department the next morning because it was too late in the evening and they were closed. My Palisade Shift Solenoid Valve had to be replaced. And they kept my car for 7 days. This should not have happened to my brand new Palisade that cost well over $42,000. I was highly disappointed, hurt, upset, and I cried a river.
