Tell Hyundai Service and Dealer Service to get the same information

I can't tell you how many times I get an email from Hyundai telling me I have a service missed and the dealer telling me it is not true. Problem for the owner is if it is true that a service was missed then the warranty is voided.

Hydrid but gas milage does not good as expected.

Since I got the car for 2 and half years, I always get around 31-32 mpg. The spec is 37, 38. It is alot worse when I drive on the freeway when temperture is less than 50 degrees. I got only around 24-26 mpg during that time.

Dangerous to drive due to defective computer. Smart car is stupid.

We loved this car when we bought it, and we bought it basically for its comfort. However, it has literally become dangerous to drive, obviously due to the computer being unable to figure out what it should be doing. We are both pushing 80 years of age, and this var was supposed to be our last new car purchase and would last us before we pass on. Very disappointing.

Mostly love!

I mostly love this car! The only thing I have a problem with is the wiper blades. I've had to keep replacing the front blades (why do they only last a short while?) and I haven't been able to change the rear blade at all. I guess I'll have to take it to the dealership for that.

Technology exists where the smaller HEV should be getting more than 30 MPG. My 2026 Palisade HEV Calligraphy gets that.

Great vehicle, a couple minor technical issues with phone connectivity

The vehicle is great to drive, good acceleration thanks to the electric motors, comfortable, easy to drive, easy to park, exactly as advertised. The driver seat control went out in the first year, covered by warranty of course. The radio gives us a fit once in a while using Android Auto, but that is really the only issue we have had. Every time I take it in for maintenance they want me to trade it in and I finally told them to call me in 8 years, no sooner because I love the vehicle.

You can't find a more dependable car for the price...quick acceleration, quality interiors, spacious and roomy, great visibility...and it looks good, too! The only challenge is the information center, but can, with some practice, be workable

Love the car except backing up

Because it’s a hybrid backing up beeping noise sounds like warehouse forklift. I have to apologize to neighbors for early morning departure from garage. The service center said they couldn’t mute the outrageously loud sound I would prefer a toned down sound.
