Tucson Hybrid, 2024

I am very satisfied with most of the features and ride of the vehicle. I do find the estimate of gas mileage to be misleading at 39 mpg, something I have never come close to in my 2 years and 20,000 miles of driving. The EV setting seems to switch to the gas engine with the slightest torque or acceleration applied to the car.

Unmatched seat comfort for long trips. Size is just right. Great visibility and safety features.

It was good until it wasn't!

It has been at the dealership for over 3 weeks now. It does not get the gas mileage advertised. It is comfortable and I like the looks and features, but they don't do me any good if I can't drive it.

Good car

Love its features and style and gas savings. Rear speakers too faint. Door touch knobs don’t always respond at first try. Panel for temperature recently went dark but sensor was blocked. On cruise control the car almost drives it self. Safety features are outstanding. Still love it.

Style and comfort

I like the style of the Tucson. Very comfortable and I like the degree the seat adjusts to especially for short people. Has a lot of safety features that I am still learning. But I do not like the backup alarm. It is too loud and I would like to dismantle it

Unreliable car and untrustworthy dealership.

See below. Vehicle was delivered with serious defects--obviously no dealer prep. Purchasing process was high pressure and deceptive.

Love this car!!

I test drove this car and a competitor’s brand that was same size/style. This Hyundai HEV won! Hands down!! It felt strudy and safe to drive. It holds everything we need for weekend getaways and running weekend errands. The best is that it is a hybrid and saves my family money in gas and reliability

A very comfortable vehicle that is fairly reliable

It's a very comfortable ride with a lot of trunk space. I've had no issues with the build quality and it holds up well to pets and children. It did have issues with its engine and oil pan, but it was covered under warranty so I did get it repaired for free
