Great mileage but collision avoidance issue is awful

Don't appreciate the recall on my new car or how badly they are dealt with at the dealership. I should not need to leave my car overnight to fix a 30 minute software upgrade.

Too many bells and whistles for a 72 year old person! And the manuel with instructions is too hard to follow. The index page is hard to follow.

First recall

Recall for software. Owner complained about issue 4-6 months prior. Mechanics could not duplicate. “Software issue” recalls take too long at the dealership. Solution #1 one mechanic does 10 recalls simultaneously. Solution #2 software recalls that require more than one hour should be performed at customers home during non use time.
