Great on gas

Great on gas 30 dollars fills the tank and last for the entire week. The Suv is very small not a good choice for families. I have the 2014 Tuscon which I brought brand new and within the three years I had 2 fuses, struts replaced covered under warranty . You can not charge your cell phone in this model fyi only play music. Would I by this vehicle again Nooo.

Monthly payment a lot... do not like how side views blocked by build of car as driver.

2014 Tucson

Love my car. I bought an 05 at the start of the year for a commuter car and loved it so much that I went and bought a 2014 and will not buy anything but Hyundai for the rest of my life. My husband who is a die hard Truck guy even loves driving this and is thinking about trading his truck in for one.

Solid, not amazing.

Handles and accelerates well while being a fuel efficienct 4 cylinder. Has plenty of room when the seats fold down the seats on transport items. Did have to have my engine replaced for unknown reasons, HYUNDAIs warranty covered that and my rental for free so it worked out just fine.

Not my personal fave

I had a Santa Fe, so I'm spoiled. The Tucson is not my favorite... Rides rough, too small for my taste, the stereo sucks. Like the moonroof and push button start, though...

Lack of power

I bought a 2014 tucson and it was a huge dissapointment vehicle acceleration sucks. Everytime I tried to press on the gas pedal car seems to choke plus engine is too small for such a big heavy vehicle.

Brakes

After less than 17,00 Miles, needed the brakes replaced at a cost of @$1,000. I do not ride the brakes. Even though I live in an area where there are harsh winters with a lot of sand and salt, I have never experienced this with any other vehicles, and I have been driving since 1973 and have owned multiple vehicles. Better materials for rotors and brake pads required before I would purchase another Hyundai.

Car

The vehicle had a small dent on door when I purchased the vehicle and I was told it would be fixed, however I was going through a divorce and the seller never followed through.As of now I would seriously dought I’d buy another one.

We liked the style and ride of our 05 better. Some of the newer features are nice

This Hyundai is a nice little car but is not the quality that we expected our 2005 Hyundai was much more comfortable and we enjoyed it more . The new options with back up camera and Bluetooth make this a nice car. The gas mileage is not as great as we expected thank you

2014 Tucson limited edition.

Front vision obstruction caused by width and position of framing (posts) on sides windshield creates a driving hazard. Sunroof design creates excessive noise when in any open position. Tight door closing issues. Very difficult to judge perimeter of car, particularly when parking. Car is difficult to drive.

Tucson material duality

I like my Tucson in my own way. It is a pretty acceptable car. I personally give a very good life to him and give him his necessary maintenance in the dealer and anything else he might need with genuine hyundai parts. but the painting goes away with the sun is just a car of four years plus I apply wax each time to the anus or two. also the doors are melting some glue inside, in the diealer said that it is because of the heat of the florida and because of the black color of the car I have had several black cars in florida I have never seen something like that. I think it is the quality of the materials that this car is made of.

Hyundai Tucson

I feel that the Hyundai company should of made the SUV Tucson a lot more unique by adding heating seats, and better lining seats, also the keys should of turn the car on automatically, without the owner having to turn the vehicle on manually. Furthermore, the car should of warm up automatically by pressing a button with the key. But It doesn’t do any of those things!

Meh -- not a great car, not a bad car.

Some pros, but a bit expensive on serrvice needs for such low mileage. Good size for urban driving and parking. I use the overdrive a lot on hills and mountain roads -- works well. Would not buy another, but it's been an ok car

Warranty Issues

I was told that Hyundai is really good when it comes to problems that go wrong with the vehicle. I had a flat and immediately called for road side service and had the spare put on but had to pull out of dangerous traffic which was maybe 5 feet to the side of the road but when I went to the dealership, supposedly because I didn't sit in dangerous traffic and risk my life, I damaged the tire sensor by driving 5 feet maybe? The tire was not completely flat when the sensor came on and I pulled out of traffic. But when the dealership called in the warranty, they informed the warranty company and Hyundai that I drove on a flat, which never happened so I was told by the dealership I was responsible for not risking my life in traffic? The sensor is not on because the tire is fixed but it needed to be replaced at my expense? How do I even know it is broken other than the tech claiming it was broken? I have said I would not do business with this dealership anymore but I keep going back. I have definitely learned my lesson. I will do my research and find a different Hyundai dealership. Also the techs that fixed my tire decided to keep my tire stem caps? Why should I have to make a second trip to pick them up?

Will not buy Hyundai again

I am not happy with my Hyundai Tuscon and will not buy from Hyundai again. The car stinks, it's loud, the back cargo light is useless, there's mold growing in the paint, overall cheap, poor quality vehicle. I could of bought a better brand and quality for the same price I paid for my Hyundai.

Not reliable

I bought my first Hyundai thinking it would last me forever. I had an issue 3 times with the same sensor. Changed it 3 times in 6 months. Now my car is at 102,000 miles and my engine light comes on, car was running horrible and then started blinking. Well my car is shot, it’s reading on my home computer cam shaft and knock sensor. I had to go get a newer used vehicle as the car can’t be driven. I was driving and the car nearly killed me on a busy highway with the way it drove. I know this year car is on recall for same issue sadly as figured mine isn’t. I call dealer had it towed there. They said I had 120k milage warranty. I really loved this vehicle and it was a limited one. I see there are many complaints on the same car same year. Makes me sad I have to most likely get rid of it after having it 7 years. I lost my faith in this kind of car. Don’t know why dealer won’t put under recall. 4,000 went into the car recently on different occasions. Money put into it thinking it would last a long time. I would like to look into lemon law if I knew how to go about it. I recommended it to several people and they got one, I regret it because I didn’t know it was garbage.
