Don’t like the transmission

I’ve owned previous Hyundai Sonata and it was my favorite car, however, it would not buy the Tucson again. I do not like the transmission at all. It also has bad wind noise on the passagers side.

A little bit sluggist on acceleration

Overall, I like the car, great features, my only complaint is acceleration. It seems sluggish. Also, its nice to have heated seats, but it takes a long time for the other heater to warm up.

Dissapointed

We had the car for less than 2 weeks and we had to take it in 3x for repair it was the wiring that needed to be replaced. Also Lou was a very bad salesman, he lied to us when we bought the car and said we'd get 2 free oil changes if we filled out the survey. He didn't follow through even when I went personally to ask him about it. He said he would take them to the service station where I waited for over an hour. He was very unreliable and shady.

Overall the car is comfortable, but the engine lacks a lot of power. It really does not do well for the vehicle. The stereo and comfort of the seats and room is good, but the features could be better.

It rattles and you can heard road noise it was what taught it would be it’s not built as good as the car are they need work to improve the ride and road noise and rattling they need improvement in a big way

2017

Do not recommend getting the one with the extra power (button). Need more room, it shows 5 ppl but that’s very tight for kids. Does not have power, hesitates when push on gas. Love the exterior look like a Lexus

Not what it seem

I love my Tucson especially the color but don’t have a great take off. I know it’s small and I think a 4cylinder the reason for the slow take off I have to really mash it to the floor thinking about trading

Dual clutch

Not very happy with the dual clutch in the Tucson, car shakes do much that it feels like the engine is going to fall out when i am taking off and slowing down. Have taken it in to have it checked 4 times. Have been told that its normal. That shaking does not seem normal.Please let me know what else i need to do i hate it...

2017 Hyundai review.

It's saves on fuel costs. It has a long warranty too. It doesn't have the power and speed as my last vehicle. Its a nice suv and so far so good. It has sufficient space. The steering wheel is hard but just have to get used to it.

I liked my 2007 tucson better

I bought this tucson quickly, because I had one for 10 years. I regret it now. The new 2017 has less space, the design in the rear door keeps the vehicle filthy all the time. The 2007 was much better. I will be looking for a different vehicle next year.

Hyundai Tuscon

Vehicle drives nice most times. Seems to stall when I'm increasing speeds. Gas mileage isn't good on the all wheel drive but I do feel more comfortable driving in inclement weather. Car is average overall, I feel I could've got a better deal for what I paid and Hyundai Clarksville did not even give me blue book trade value for my previous car causing my payments to be extremely high due to negative equity.

Has a few issues.

The 2017 Tucson we bought has a problem with hesitation when you are trying to take off from a full stop position and also has a pause sometimes when you are trying to accelerate when turning or passing. They are trying to figure it out, but haven't quite got it fixed yet.

I have answers all the questions the best of my ability, no additional comments, I like the vehicle but I wish it had more options to choose from, the salesman told me this vehicle did not offer memory seat and sun rood, I like this SUV because it is small and would benefit me. I feel if you pay this much for a SUV, there should be all options to choose from instead of taking what is on the lot, he might could have show me the 2018 to get me in what I was looking for but did not, I guess they were moving the 2017, I am not as happy with this vechicle when I have made new car purchases

Not completely satisfied

It is a safe vehicle and I rate that 5 stars. However, the passenger front seat is too low. It feels as though you are sitting in the valley. In my estimation it burns too much gas. It is also a noisy vehicle. Too much outside air noise.

Nice , but some shortcomings.

My 2017 Tucson drives nicely, but the mileage is less than expected. Also, the rear gate opens unannounced when I have my keys in my pocket. Dealer cannot fix. This rear gate is a security and safety problem. Nothing worse than going out on a snowy morning and having 6 inches of snow in the vehicle. However, it is better than having the car ransacked or finding someone sleeping or ready to attack me. I have had this same problem with a 2013 Sonata and a 2016 Sonata.

Gas user

I had a 2011 and it was great on gas, but this 2017, wow. It uses alot of gas. And noisy. I can hear the motor running. My 2011 was quiet, you didn't even know the car was on. It's pretty but not satisfied.
