I Always have my Santa Fe serviced here, the staff are always very courteous and informative about what the car needs and costs etc. i usually stay and wait, they have good facilities amd the work is usually done quickly and efficiently

Lack of communication regarding service
I scheduled service for my 2020 Santa Fe based on the recommendations of mileage and date on service sticker placed in vehicle after my 1st service. I was advised that my complimentary service was every 7500 miles and now my next service will not be for 11,000 miles, this seems to be excessive. Also the service took over 90 minutes for a simple oil change.

They are overbooked and understaffed. Unless you like sitting in a waiting room for hours multiple times , find a different dealership for repairs

I have purchased three cars from Hyundai of Wesley Chapel. Every purchase has been in and out the door with about two hours. This is the first dealership that has ever provided such amazing service, not once but three times. In purchased a pre-owned car and two brand new ones. The services were the same with ask three sales. They are consistent in providing excellent customer service.

Quick and Expected High Level of Service
Always helpful and no matter how busy they are, I never feel rushed. They listen and their recommendations aren't pushy sales approaches to take more of my money. They take care of the maintenance or issue the first time and my car always seems to be better when I leave. I know I have other choices, but since buying my vehicle here in 2013 I have never gone anywhere else. I feel I don't have to and that says a lot about the high level of service I receive every time at Hyundai of Wesley Chapel.

Irresponsible Staff
Work was not completed, yet the car was returned to me stating that work was done in entirety and I was charged for it. I found out later myself that the hood handle was not replaced. Took the car back and I was told that they missed it because the part hadn’t arrived yet. Then, who marked the job as complete? Additionally, while my car was there, they forgot about it and didn’t perform all the other requested services. So I lost a day to that non-sense.
