Great service department personnel
My car turned out to be a bit "special" with parts needing replacement and recall issues within its first two years. The service team is one of the best I've ever experienced and all of them try to make these visits as easy as possible for me and always provide a loaner car or rental (at no cost to me, of course). I appreciate the Hyundai on Perryville service team very much!

The way the customer is treated is amazing!!
For a woman car repairs can be very scary ordeal. But, I was always informed as to what was going on with the repairs and if I had any questions or concerns. I can't say enough about the customer service in the Service Dept., they should be very proud of the service they provide to their customers!

The service agent asked me regarding the type of oil I wanted in my car because I was there for an oil change. I stated that I wanted the same oil my regular dealer puts in my car that has a 1yr 10k mile limit. They put in what they had charged me for it and then stated that they did not have that service. 4real??? What would they have done if I had told them I only have fake money for fake service? Never again.

Good Morning ,
   We do apprecaite the feedback from your last vsiit here with us . Looking at your records from your service here we did used mobil 1 synthetic oil. That is a full synthetic oil, but i wouldnt recomende 10,000 . We recomend 7-8,000 on full synthetic or 5,000 on our synthetic blend . They take you right in and get started on your car. The car wash is nice, but they should invest in at least a blower - it comes out soaking wet and leaves spots when it dries.

Ben Montemayor , service tech is amazing and patient
Got my oil change on my new Tucson, had some concerns about a hesitation on gas pedal- Ben took his time explaining why I was feeling the lag, that wasn't really a lag just not used to the Turbo engine feel. Always get great service !

Everything about our visit was exceptional. We only planned on looking but because Dave was so friendly and willing to show us new and used cars, we ended our visit by buying a certified Hyundai Sonata Sport.
