Fantastic Staff
The staff at Hyundai is always polite and helpful. I appreciate the way they are always available to help when I need it. For example, I picked up a nail in my tire which started to go flat right away. I was able to get to Hyundai and they fixed it for me immediately.

Efficient
I was very pleased with my visit. I came in with a tire issue. They were able to patch it and do a last minute oil change. There was not a bunch of "sales pitch" to get me to do all these things to my car.

I don't have a great opinion.
I was concerned about a noise I had on the right side of my Hyundai Santa Fe. Since this is a dealer with Hyundai, I thought they could know what was wrong.
They told me it was my brakes and I would have the noise continually. So, I still have the same problem I had when I took it in for repair. I am not too pleased with my experience there.

I have a Toyota and a Hyundai and have used both Anderson dealers for Toy. And Hynd. By far Hyundai on Perryville is the betterbofbtje two. And Hyundai on Perryville is in fact the best car dealership I have ever been to for timeliness, overall work and customer service. I was so impressed I bought my new 2015 vehicle there. I was also impressed with sales. Buying a car always take a for ever so no complaints and overall good experience. Service is what got the 5 stars

The customer service personnel do not know what they are doing. From calling while they had the vehicle to schedule the appointment for the work that the vehicle is there for, to not caring that they had my SUV for longer than they initially stated that they would. I understand that parts can be on back order, but they did not even call me and let me know that my vehicle would need to be there longer than they stated on drop off.
