Fast and convenient.
All was great, except the decaf coffee was down to the last half inch, and bloody strong! Your competitors offer concierge food, cookies and fresh beverages. That would make the experience better. Also, no auto magazines in the waiting area?

I can honestly say St Charles Hyundai has the best service department I've ever used..........in 40 years of owning a vehicle and living in 6 states. Their waiting area is clean and roomy. Their staff is thorough, courteous and have always been very easy to work with.

Great service, but long wait
I brought my first hyundai in for its first free service. So...the free part is great. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I called in advance that morning expecting I would need an appointment. I was told that an appointment was not needed for an oil change/tire rotation. I stopped by on my way home. The customer service was great; everthing was explained and just genuine good service. The only problem is it took nearly 90 minutes. I could have been in an out for an oil change elsewhere in 15 - 20 minutes. So, while this was free for my first new vehicle service and the service was good, this does not feel like the best option for routine service.
