So strange.

This was a half price oil change, in and out in under an hour, on the surface this would seem to have be a perfect service visit.

I would like to encourage you to share directly with me what it was that was "Not so much, I do not like" about your visit.

This is your second Hyundai you've bought and serviced with us and we go back many years now.  It has always been our intent to provide you with the highest level of service; and in reviewing with our team member you worked with that day, he thought your complete visit was plesant and he is at a loss to explain where this negativity came from.

Please help us understand how to better serve you in the future.

Ben takes the time to listen and then go over my needs and explains what needs to be done. I also enjoy the goodies and the show room.
I also was amazed at David's thoughtfulness. Our son, Jeff died about 14months ago, and when I was in the dealership about four months ago, Dave asked me what was the matter. When I told him, he put his arm around and gave me a comforting hug. Great guys working at Hyundai. George

Customer Service is phenomenal!
Bringing my car in without an appointment due to my car not starting and having it towed to the dealership, I didn't worry at all. Ben always takes GREAT care of me! I didn't have to wait at all, he gave me a loaner, and although he said I might have to wait 24 hours to get my car back, it was ready, part fixed and replaced, oil changed and car washed in less than 3 hours! I LOVE my Earnhardt Hyundai Dealer!
