BEST SERVICE EVER!
I am so over the moon about my recent experience! I started having car trouble Saturday morning (not starting), and decided to drive it straight to the dealership once I got it going. I thought to my self, "there is no way I'll be able to get this taken care of today....it's a Saturday!" I pulled up around noon...Ben's window opened up as I was walking in, and he took care of me right away. Not only did he say he could take my car (he did mention he would have to keep it all day and that he might not get to it till around 4 or so) he also gave me a loaner! (One pulled up right as we were finishing up my check in!) Not only did I get a call in 2 hours that my car was ready, he had it washed and even covered my new battery under my warranty, even though the Hyundai website was down and he couldn't verify (we think we were within a 2 month window.) I have been coming to this dealership for 5 years now, and I have to say, my experience gets better and better each time. Ben was fantastic and I am so grateful for having him help me that day!

Always treated with respect and a smile. Ben is very thorough with the inspections that I need to keep my car running smoothly. Then he always offers me water for my trip back home. I wouldn't have it any other way.

The time to get an oil change does take a little longer but this dealership is very friendly and does not try to sell you things you don't need. Very clean and comfortable place to hang out.

The service is always done when I am told it will be or I get a call from Ben if it will take more time and more service work. I am always told what the cost will be for the repairs. The dealership is always clean and the people are friendly and helpful.
