Excellent service and care except for the grease stain on the seat the service tech made
Only thing I would recommend is that you put paper seat and feet covers in the drivers seat to guard against grease stains on the floor matts or seat. I did return the car to the dealer and had them remove the grease stain on the seat ... they did but it should have been prevented.

Spring 2018 service visit
I like the fact that the sales reps are really low pressure when it comes to people waiting in the service stroll about looking at the new units on the lots and in the showroom.
If I want to know something about a certain model or trim level, I'll ask, or look it up online.

FYI the transmission is a synthetic fluid and under normal conditions does not require replacement.

under severe conditions it is replaced at 60,000 i apologize for not communicating better sir.

Service Manager is the best ?????
The situation is solved with the car. The service manager is one of the best customer service people I have seen in the last few years and dealing with situations like this. Dylan is professional, he’s courteous, he listens to the client, there was no doubt in his mind what I was saying was truthful I feel like he needs to be rewarded in someway for raising the bar in a situation like this. Give him an on the spot award, give him a raise, give him a gift card to go out to eat whatever he is an asset to your company and he needs to be rewarded
