Improvements made
Eckert’s service department has been adequate but not exceptional when I’ve visited. I’ve sometimes felt like I’ve been an irritation rather than a customer, and the waiting room has felt like they’ve wanted to provide only the necessities. Things are changing. New paint. New furniture. New management. They are serious about providing a higher caliber of service for both Hyundai and Genesis patrons and it shows.

So-so Experience with good car service but poor customer service
I love Hyundai vehicles, and personally drive a Genesis. For an upscale brand, the service fails to live up to expectations. Not that the service was bad (it wasn't), but it just wasn't a very pleasant experience. I'd like to be as comfortable at the dealership as at my home, but the customer lounge was uncomfortable and not very conducive to getting work done. A small investment would yield big results.

Thank you for your feedback. I completely agree with you. We currently have plans to remodel our waiting room to make it welcoming and comfortable. Actually not just plans, painting is happening this weekend with phases 2 and 3 to follow. As you know, we were Hyundai dealers originally and admittedly need to grow in our luxury offerings. Used to be a great place
This used to be a great place, honest and dependable, but not any more. My last visit to the service department was the most unprofessional and uncaring experience and I will not return.
