Quick and Efficient Service
I drove my car into the service area. My car was taken from there, serviced, and returned sooner than I had anticipated. The customer service was great as well. A nice friendly environment.

Service Writer Cael was awesome, everything else is was poor.
The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because it effects Cael, the only person who did what was asked.

Cael my Service Writer was awesome. The person who cleaned my car went through my center console pulling out my cell phone cable to charge or listen to their phone. I never leave my cable out when using it and it was left strung out. Greasy feet on the door jam of my car. I've asked the last 4 or 5 times for this to not happen and it still happens. Murdoch has offered to detail my car, I don't want it detailed I want the greasy foot to stay off my door jam.

I will take any paid maintenance on my car to Ken Garf, pretty much done with Murdoch. If Blake Murdoch received his car like I received mine he wold be very upset.

Service Writer Cael was awesome, everything else is was poor.

Slow service
They’re friendly, but the service was very slow. I don’t know if it was the day or not, but it was very slow. The text message was sent to me, but when I texted back, know one ever responded back.

Service is good, communication on this case was good. I keep my car immaculate, it's washed twice a week and I don't scuff my doors or door jams when getting in/out of my car, yet the tech doing my oil changes seems to put his greasy boot on the plastic door jam piece and it leaves grease and oil EVERY TIME.

Next time I will have the service manager clean it up and if scuffed replace it.

Could be better
They need to bring back reservations for oil changes. Oil changes take 1-2 hours or more. They should ask if you want a car wash. They do a bad job and often mess up my already clean car. It also adds to the time you wait.

An oil change took over two hours to complete with no explanation as to why. This is a little ridiculous considering that it can be completed at home in less than an hour.

Murdock Hyundai is an amazing dealership. The Service Department is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond expectations.
I personally dealt with Cael, who answered every question and concern I had related to the warranty replacement of my transmission. In addition to that he took care of other repairs that I did not even mention. I did inform him that my husband was hospitalized with Covid in another California, and I needed to get there as soon as possible. My car was ready for pick up the following day. I can not say enough positive things about Murdock Hyundai, their Staff, and specifically Cael.

Good service
It's nice to see good customer service at work. There service team is very attentive and helpful. It's clear they are will trained and managed. The waiting area is pleasant with several amenities like coffee and comfortable chairs. Offering Lyft is a valuable service. Overall, the service department tries to work quickly. They're very busy but it looks like they keep their staff at sufficient levels to keep up with the workload.

The staff were very nice to her and made sure that she knew where to wait and answered any and all questions that she had, Landon checked my steering with all the issue I had and found the problem and made sure the car was safe to drive.
