Online Scheduling Useless
Do not attempt to schedule online. They will not get any information other than the time of the appointment. This has occurred twice. Annoying!

Excessive Cost
Rairdon's has a reputation for poor customer service and being a rip off. I was impressed with the customer service I experienced as I had low expectations but as for the service there was no above and beyond just a standard inspection and one air filter changed for $400. Can get this elsewhere for a fraction of the cost and would even wash the car.

Do you really care about the customer?
From the waiting room, to the grease on door sill, steering wheel and shift lever and window controls, to the lack of follow-up on recall that will now cost me $200 for part and labor because my car is 23 days out of full warrenty - I would not recommend Bellingham, But consider driving to Hyundai of Burlington.

Rairdon's The BEST FOR MY HYUNDAI!
It's easy to service your car even after you've purchased it!
They gently remind you of services needed.
Very polite and clean place to wait as well as a bottle of water and to watch the news comfortably!!

I'm glad I got an opportunity to rescore my survey. If I had known that my rating reflected poorly on Kevin, I never would have given such a low score. I have to say, though, that my very, very low opinion of your service reservation site and the call center staff has not changed. No customer should ever have to waste a full day trying to book their car into service. It's exceptionally poor customer service!

Kevin is the best!
Much as I like my Sonata, I have to say that Kevin Heerspink is the biggest asset Rairdon's Hyundai has. He is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, courteous, and considerate. It is always a pleasure to deal with Kevin directly.

Respectful of women
I am a woman and whenever I have been at Rairdon‘s, all the workers treat me with respect and actually listen to what I have to say. I don’t get the typical male responses of belittling or demeaning me because I am female. It’s really refreshing and their work is outstanding!
