Just got oil chg yesterday but so far, good. Waite was long, though, came here 12:20 pm, (appt) was done at 1:30. Overall, was good experience.

My experience.
great service. The mechanics did a great job. Tho only problem I had is with the checkout process. When the mechanics finished, and put the car outside for pick up, the service writers were goofing off with each other, and not bothering to finish up the paperwork. My car sat outside as done for over 20 mins, and the service writer did not even touch my paperwork until I went out and asked about it. At that point, he broke away from his friends, found my paperwork, and started it. The fact that they were not interested in getting my car back to me, made the experience less than perfect.

We appreciate your feedback on how your service experience felt. 9/10 times, the services writers may appear to be goofing off but are actually discussing difficult service situations. They tend to deal with stressful or complicated situations with humor and I can completely see how that could come off the wrong way. We have discussed the situation internally and made adjustments. Went for oil change the service was very quick loved it the only problem is the sticker you put on the window for next service fell off in one day might want to look into that kinda important other than that everything was fantastic thank you

People kind, comfortable waiting area
I obtained an appointment within a week of my call for an oil change. People were pleasant and friendly and the waiting area was comfortable but I admit it was noisy with all the pages on the loudspeakers for employees I assume. No way was I going to forget this appointment... I received an email, two or else three text messages and even a phone reminder the day before the appointment. Timely service.

No one in the waiting room or sales floor said hello or welcomed me in any way. The previous dealer and sales people made it a point to visit each person. Have one of your staff bring around a plate of warm cookies very hour or so.

Would have been a 5 star if I could have gotten into the driver door.
Service is always good at Mike White Ford and this was no exception until I picked up my F150 after being serviced. I made the appointment and everything was ready for me when I arrived. I left the F150 and went home. The service folks called me when it was completed. My wife took me to Mike White. I signed the paperwork and got the keys to pickup the F150. I was told my auto was out in the parking lot. My F150 was parked about 200' east of the service entrance. Then the fun started.

When I arrived at the auto there was a white F350 parked so close to the left side of my car that there was no way I could get between the two trucks open the door and get my slightly overweight body into the driver seat. Since it was snowing hard and I did not want to walk back to the service department to get help; I decided I could get into the car through the passenger door and into the driver seat. What I did not realize, at 67 years old, I have lost some of my flexibility. Getting my leg over the console was difficult and painful. After breaking my cell phone mount (Weather Tech Cup Holder), knocking off the radio control button and straining my back I made it into the driver seat.

If someone had taken a video of this 'old man getting into his car' I am sure it would have gone viral. (I was even laughing at myself for being so stupid.) I worked up a sweat, fogged up the windows so I could not drive away hoping no one saw me.

I hope this is a teaching moment for everyone involved. I have surely learned to never try this entrance method again. I am hoping my story and experience will help the service department in providing enough space so a customer can get into their car gracefully without pain and mayhem. I should have taken a photo to show what I was faced with but I didn't (did I mention it was snowing very hard at this point.) Next time I will ask for my vehicle to be delivered to the front door of the service department.

I took my SUV in to switch from snow tires to summer tires. The technician tested the battery and found it in the failing zone. So I had them replace the battery while I was there. Glad not to have been stranded somewhere with a dead battery. The service writer told me when I arrived he would give me a coupon for Hippo's Car Wash. When I checked out, I signed everything and paid the bill. It wasn't until I got home that I realized he did not give me the Hippo's Car Wash coupon. Oh well.

Ok but...
I was ok with the work done until i received the esrimate for recommended next service... over $600. Crazy. Over $250 to change spark-plugs. Not even a V8. STUPID.
And the guy explaining it was a monotone robot. No sensitivity. This is not a Masareti.
