GREAT VEHICLES BACKED UP BY A GREAT WARRENTY BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE/SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS REALLY HORRIBLE!!! WOULD RECOMMEND NEW MANAGEMENT
Service department is horrible mechanics are not reliable or professional will not recommend anyone to this location could not fix my vehicle been there twice cars been there for a total of 8days and they still could not figure out the problem Christine could not gave no details whatsoever always got the run a round will not be purchasing from this location again. I will be taking my money else where

My wait may have been long with an appointment. CHRISTINE TONELLI explained there was long waitimg. I told her they need to look at their schedule department. She told me all that was need to be done but they had to orderived the parts. She told me she would call me Tuesday and she did.

I did refer a friend they bought a new Santa Fe fully loaded.that was twondering weeks ago . But after my secure vis it not to sure. My service gal was great .

Not impressed by service.
I still felt incomplete with comfort when I left and no car wash. I don't feel due diligence was performed when I brought in maintenance updates from dealer I bought the car from. Blue Link still shows these service needs to be done when I provided a copy of the work performed. Just not completely happy.

Christine Is the MVP of this establishment
It’s been a while since I’ve came in for service due to the weather and lack of driving. While pulling in I noticed Christine was working and thought “no way she would remember me from almost 6 months ago..” but sure enough she remembered my name, that I get fully synthetic oil, and that I opt out of the free car wash. My mind was blown that she’s that involved with her customers. While waiting she also checked in on me, made sure the tv was on a good channel and reminded me of the complimentary coffee. Christine is a staple of this place and every customer that deals with her should consider themselves lucky to have her. I hope that she’s there for all my future visits.
