Always great service, but for first line needs help. I waited for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When I finally was acknowledged the service was excellent. The sad part is they talked with one another looked at me and didn't acknowledge me.

good service, polite, just a bit slow.
Service was done well. Service interval not reset but did it myself. Only real problem is the amount of wait time for only an oil change and tire rotation which can be done when car is on lift for the oil drainage . All personnel very polite and caring.

I recently had my Santa Fe serviced and also had a problem with the window washer pump. The only problem with my visit is that I have to go back because they had to order the part. They didn't have it in stock. I was disappointed knowing that I now have to go back to have that fixed. Would have been nice to have everything done in one trip.

It is quite apparent that St Augustine Hyundai has outgrown its facility which impacts their service ability directly. The lounge area and bathroom are marginal at best. Constant rehash of Hyundai commercials repeatedly running on TV which doesn't help to pass the time. Not able to service hestatation of auto under warranty (only 2500 miles) and oil change simultaneously due to limitations of shop which causes customer to come back repeatedly. Isn't that the reason to bring back auto first time to check it out or am I wrong to make that assumption?

Oil change and tire rotation were the two maintenance performed. Hard to evaluate either on the same day that were done. Toyota did agree to wash the car following maintenance but did after I reminded them. Left car soaking wet. Not sure if it would have dried spotless or not so I spent 10 minutes in the hot sun drying it myself. Disappointed Toyota no longer has an auto car wash.

Service was fine. Time it took was not.
Service folks did a good job, but usually you get us in and out pretty quickly. Our spot was 4:20. We arrived early. It was still 5:30 before we got away. In the past we have been out in 30/40 minutes.
