I love coming to Hyundai of St. Augustine for my maintenance. This last time was a bit disappointing. I stated I wanted my tires checked and the tech said my tires were fine, he just checked the tread. I told the gentleman that my tire was leaking cause I had to put air in one that morning. I'm not sure the steps in checking a tire, I felt the tech didn't do his due diligence to check my tires. If I wasn't persistent I would have drove off with bad tires. After I stated the leak the tires were checked and he then noticed three of the four tires were bad.

Honesty is the Best Policy
I have had a wonderful experience with Hyundai of Saint Augustine, from my car purchase to all of the services I have had there. I only had 1 incident where the manager lied to me about a simple thing. That made me weary but Hyundai but the team I had worked with for my purchase and continuous service outweighed the lie. I am glad I stayed and just hope things continue to go as well.

Tired of selling at Service Department
I have always received great service from St. Augustine Hyundai. But, I get really tired of going in for one thing and having them try to sell me up on things I do not need. This past appointment was for the 60,000 mile maintanence which is usually almost $500. Knowing that i was spending $500 they attempted to get me to agree to an injector cleaning for $150. This was not because I had issues or something broken, just selling up. It may be the reason I do not buy another car from the dealership.
