dealership advertises free included maintenance with purchase ,3 weeks to get an appointment then over 3.5 hours for an oil change ,ill spend the $50 and take back 3 hours of my time

Manny is the man
After my car being fixed for a steering column issue and having to be returned for the same issue, Manny was very thorough in getting my car fixed again. He showed great empathy for my frustration. He made sure that all sounds were gone and even resurfaced my rotors complimentary to compensate for the headache. He explained everything to me in great detail.

Brought my car in for a repair that was scheduled for 8am. Was supposed to take about 4 hours and took the the whole day. My car is having the same issue after the repair.
