Great Customer Service
An employee named Heidi called me regarding my initial review. She wanted to know what was wrong and how things could be resolved. She was nice and she apologized for my inconvenience and offered to help me with anything moving forward. I never had anyone actually call to resolve a problem from a survey but she did great when it came to helping me.

Service was professional
We were unaware that appointments are recommended even for an oil change. I made the appt. and all went well. I understand everyone is short staffed right now.The sticker recommends the next oil change after 7000 miles. I will be be bringing it in sooner because my husband was it so at around 3000.
