Service was completed, but took too long
The work on my Hyundai was completed, but the time for a 7500 mile service took too long. My service Advisor, Dalton, couldn't be found when I arrived and it too long for my car to get into the service area. He never keep me informed about the delays.

Don’t even waste your time here . They have you waiting even if you have an appointment. Service Manager had to help me because everyone seem not to care if I was there . I stood waiting to speak to a advisor and nothing .

2 hour wait for a routine oil change?
Nothing really to say. A 2 hour wait for a routine oil change. No communication even attempted ( my fault. I must need to chase the advisor down)
