I had an issue with my sunroof/moonroof on my 2015 Genesis not retracting the whole way. The roof seemed to be 'racking' or something that would keep the sunroof from fully retracting without manual help.
I took it in, and they 'fixed' it, to the tune of $855!! I then took it home, drove it for a few days, and the issue started...again. I called and scheduled another appointment and they took the car in again. This time, they ordered and installed a whole new system....and, at no cost! However, I'm still trying to get my original $855 back, as that should never have been spent to begin with.
Another great thing about STCHyundai, is that they have a great deal on their oil changes!! $39! I couldn't get in one day, so I took it to a Valvoline-Lube Xpress...they charged me $150!! for a freaking oil change!! they said because it took synthetic, 5 quarts, AND because the car had a protective shield underneath that had to be taken off!! Nonetheless...I've been going back to STC Hyundai for my oil changes! Best service EVER!
The sales team is also very nice. I always deal with Nathan Nazzari. He's always been very good to work with.
So, overall, I have always been a very happy customer! That's why I return to STC Hyundai for my sales and service.
