Knowledgeable and honest
My son was visiting from out of state and needed to have some recalls taken care of as well as another issue. My son described the issue and the tech knew immediately what it probably was. He was correct. Quick repair! I just wish they were a little closer to Lewisville/Flower Mound!

Excellent service my Jimmy
My sons 2014 Hyundai Elantra Coupe sustained some front end/suspension damage that left the vehicle undriveable. I contacted Eckert Hyundai and spoke with Jimmy, who provided me the number to call Hyundai roadside assistance, who arranged for the vehicle to be towed to their location. Jimmy then worked with the insurance adjuster and provided me an estimated time of repair of 2-3 weeks. At the end of week 2, Jimmy contacted me to provide a status update and stated that due to some parts that were on back order, the repair would take another week to complete. 1 week to the day, Jimmy called me and advised that the repairs were complete and the vehicle was ready for pick up. It just so happened that I was out-of-town on business, so Jimmy made arrangements for my 16 ear-old son to come and pick up the car. The vehicle looks and performs better than ever and I am extremely happy with the level of service that I received from Eckert Hyundai and especially Jimmy. Thank you!!

Great service for 10 year old Vera Cruz!
Was time for a bunch of service for my 10 year old Vera Cruz so called Jimmy Deleon. Told him what I needed. Jimmy gave me estimate that seemed fair and promised a loaner car.
Day of service, Jimmy met me in service drive, reviewed work order, did paperwork for loaner and I was out of there in 10 minutes. At pickup time, my vehicle was ready, bill was for less than estimate with all requested work completed. Great experience!

Took my Santa Fe in for an oil change and because my engine light was on. Jimmy called me and told me that they would have to order a part. He also told me that he would give me a loaner car while they were fixing mine so I wouldn't be put out. He stayed in contact with me and gave me updates regularly. When I picked up my car, there was no charge for the fix and my car had been washed. Every time I'm at Eckert Hyundai and I am treated so well! I love being part of the Hyundai Family.
