Client Service was Excellent
I had called another Hyundai dealer in the Ballwin area due to the emergency I was having and proximity to my location. They proved to be just as they were when I was looking to buy a car, which was not friendly nor service oriented.
I called St Charles Hyundai, as was treated wonderfully. They recognized the emergency and got me right in and had a car ready when I got there. The work was done quickly and precisely. This is why I chose to buy my car here and I will continue to come back.

Maintenance Reminders
The service tech took a look at my record when I came in and told me it had been seven years since I had the system flushed and anti-freeze replaced. Even though I don't have a lot of mileage on my car, it is pretty old so this reminder was very helpful. I appreciate any advice that will keep my vehicle running well.

A bit more than I budgeted for.
Was not planning on having so much work done on my Santa Fe but it was time for the 60,000 maintenance and I needed some other work done so I bit the bullet and had them do it all. It was done on time and drives great so I guess it was worth it. Shouldn't have to go back for awhile.

I recently had a few issues going on with my Genesis Coupe and after speaking with both the Service Manager as well as the General Manager regarding my issues I knew this was the place to go.
