Mr Calton, your repairs were quoted too you before they were preformed, you appoved the oil change, and then the manager agreed to lower the price lower than cost. I'm unclear of where we did wrong from that asspect but i do appoligize about your fuse panle cover being left off. I accept full responisablity as it is my duty to insure every customer's vehicle is returned in a proper maner. If you are avaible today please give me a call or email me so we can discuss this issue further.

I expect a timely job done on my car and I am concerned about my time being wasted when I see two or three mechanics sitting in the managers office. In my opinion that’s unacceptable.

Undesirable visit.
Issue was not resolved after spending 3 hours waiting. This dealership has had the same mediocre service. I have been going here since I purchased my car 6 years ago.
